                                              THE GARDEN OF FOLKİNG PATHS


                                
   I studied with the painting "mother" which is done by El Lissitzky. This model was my very first work. I tried to transform the painting to a 3D komposition.


                               
this work was my pre-jury model. I tried to apply topographical and architectural interventions on initial topograaphy. (the stript shows the direction of section drawings.)

my final jury model. In this work I changed some of the architectural interventions and I tried to differantiate surfaces on topography in terms of being hard surface or soft surface.

                                                   
          In my 2D poster, I did two colllage works. Also my diagram shows movement on topography by juxoposition of three diagrams. because main movement occurs in two level. also in third level there is shown the main spaces and their qualities are implied.

In section drawings, there are three full sections. where did I took those sections are implied on diagram.

        In this project we worked as group. My group frieds were Esra and Burcu. The main idea of the project was to design an architectural intervention on alle in Metu campus, in front of the library. firstly, we were exected to do some abstract mapping works to be able to do correct interventions on area.

    
             this model was our very first 3d mapping work. we tried to reflect the areas people used as pats and for other activities. also, number of sticks reflect the number of people.

                                                               THE SPECTO

                     In this exercise, firstly we went to Anatolian Civilization Museum, we found a point there and took panaromic (360 degree) photos. in this specto I choose three views, one is a displayed sculpture, second one is quite tall tree, third one is a small piece of green area which includes grass small trees and a bird house. So, I designed this model to make frames to all those views considering  their dinstance, importance, etc. Also in my model those designed vertical elements may act as  ground elements or flying elements depending on the special cases.

PART ll

Above are very first versions of the model that l made to abstract the coreography.

I tried to revise the abstractıon model according to critics. I used a single shape to symbolize the dancer dor second time, which was in order to make abstraction model more readible.

PERFORMING TOPOGRAPHIES

PART l

Finally, we started to a new semester and it is our first assignment to design a topography performing as a dancer. While starting we were expected to determine to the choreography to be performed in an area (8 m* 8 m * 5 m). Also considering the relationship between dance and the physical enviroment, it was expected to make the choreography capable to use physical opportunities in topography. 

I designed this enviroment with some geometrical shapes. And I tried to make the dancer affected by physical exsistances of shapes in everytime. for instance time to time even if de dont contact with the prizm directly he still became affected by it and change his direction.

FINAL PROJECT- AN ORDER OF CHANGE

AN ORDER OF CHANGE 

I tried to achieve an hierarchycal organization by orientring an order of change in sizes of the groups.

Colouring system also sembolize the hierarchycal organization. For instance the single white coloured X group is the top of the hierarchycal system.

While orientring a system of concept, I also tried to achieve nice void flow in my system.
